Bad Idea

June 2 2025.

I woke up earlier than I expected today? But I might just be sleeping warm.

I have had phlegm the last few mornings.

Today I almost feel like I’m losing my voice.

We started the day by getting ready and heading out to my aunt and uncle’s place.

We weren’t there for very long before we headed to their downtown area.

We went to a few shops, a coffee shop, and a lunch spot.

I split a sandwich with my mom and sister.

From there we said goodbye to my uncle, and headed to Morgan’s house.

We looked at her renovation and baby room.

It all is coming along very nicely.

Lauren left us to return the last of the chairs she had rented for her birthday.

After awhile we got in Morgan’s car to go to Lauren’s house.

There we reconnected with Lauren, and headed to Urban Cowboy.

They have a Roberta’s there, so we got a few pizzas to share, and a salad.

After awhile there we went to Pearl Diver, which was cute, but not what they wanted.

Then we tried Skinny Dennis, which was also cute, but had a cover.

So, we said goodbye to my mom, aunt and Morgan and went to Bad Idea.

It was cute inside, with a cute host.

I didn’t eat there, but I tried Bailey’s dessert.

Lauren got some rice dish she really liked, and the dessert was good.

After that we came back to Lauren’s, talked for a little, and got ready for bed.
