I woke up to get ready for work.
The day was kind of dumb.
I had a few things to send pictures for, but mostly random questions about sale prices today.
I thought I was going to sell my first Chanel bag, but I haven't received confirmation yet, so we'll see.
It's kind of wild that I haven't, especially since I've shown a few, but no luck yet.
On my lunch I went to Taco Bell again, and talked to Julia.
Then, after work, I headed down to Corner Bistro to meet Anna, Julia and Kate.
We had some tots and drinks while we waited for 9pm.
Dinner was at Bangkok Supper Club.
We had the fried duck egg salad, which I don't think we really love. The prawn satay is very good. Scallop ceviche is the best thing there I think, it's so good.
And the octopus is very good, we ordered two of those.
The pork jowl is good, but maybe not that special.
Lobster poached in brown butter with mushrooms and rice was enjoyable, but maybe not a highlight.
And the Sea Bass curry, and grilled chicken thighs are great.
The server told us the kitchen was closing, and asked if we wanted dessert.
We ordered the sweet potato one, and the coconut dessert we had last time.
Both are good, but not great.
I don't know what I'd change, but I know they're not perfect.
We then discovered they had also closed the bar, without notice.
So Julia had an expensive glass of red wine she didn't enjoy because that was all she had.
She said.
When we finished there we headed to WXOU Radio Bar to end the evening.
Tomorrow I'm working and then we have dinner at Mission Chinese after work.
We're doing an Asian kick off to the year.

I saw the most insanely jacked arms at dinner tonight, and I think he works there, but was off tonight. Having dinner with a friend or coworker. I couldn't stop staring.
