Dementia In December

December 5 2024.

The day was pretty busy for me.

But, I don't think it was really the day.

I started with a Dior sale piece.

Then I went to work on this made to measure order.

It was challenging to ring up, because it was using two forms of payment, but one was a credit, but the credit was being affected by the discounted, when it shouldn't be affected by the discount.

However, after three attempts I finally got that sorted.

Next I helped an employee from women's I used to work with, and then had a client come in.

He unfortunately didn't have great luck, just because of sizing, but he still found two pairs of pants.

Then I helped a cute guy looking at a Prada hoodie who's name was also Zach.

Once I finished with him I started on my Kith outreach.

We had Birkenstocks and BMW, then I fielded all of those messages, and then got pictures of the product, and sent those out.

I don't have a ton for tomorrow, but I think I have plans to do some other project tomorrow.

We'll see what I can accomplish.

I ended the day with a sale for a Rick Owens hoodie that's going on sale tomorrow apparently.

After work I took the bus West with Jason.

I don't like waiting for the bus, or taking it, but I accommodated.

When I got home I ate the leftover Mapo tofu for dinner, and the last of the Thanksgiving pecan pie.

Then I watched Our Italian Christmas Memories.

It's an awful title for the movie, but the movie wasn't bad.

It was sweet, and a little sad.

A movie about dementia isn't exactly a knee slapper though.

However, there was a scene where the grandpa's doctor is trying to pick up the granddaughter, and I was like, umm. Maybe not the exact right time for this.

She did just ask you what she can do to prevent his deterioration, and you're like, call me anytime!

I'm at 260 movies, can I make it to 300 by 12/31?

Until Tomorrow.
