Doug Dilema

Getting dressed for me is so much more than just getting dressed.

Of course I consider the basics, like is this appropriate for where I am going?  Is this going to be too hot?

But I also think about so much more.

Have I worn this combination together before, and is it okay to wear it again?

When was the last time I wore it?

Are the people that I'm going to be around find this too forward?

Is it appropriate to give someone the most extreme look first?  To be honest though, some people think some things are wild, while others don't see it.  So that's always hard.

I constantly go to my closet and think I want to wear such-and-such, but I can't.  Because it's too hot, not conservative enough, or I just wore it.

Some days I wished I was Doug, or some other random cartoon character that only wears one outfit everyday.

But I also love playing with clothes, so...

I guess I'll just continue to suffer though it.
