I worked a very full day.
It was just before 10 when I got to the store, after taking an Uber since the train was 7 minutes out, and I was already a bit behind.
When I got to work I counted the register, picked up a bagel, processed a big return, and then I sent out some pictures of new arrivals.
Then I saw a younger guy in shorts and a tee, and the guy he was with asked for help in Dior.
He ended up trying a pair of Dior pants I was kind of shocked he fit in.
They seemed they'd be a bit big.
But he took them.
That's when I realized not only was he with a guy, but also two security guards.
At this point I went over to women's to see the exotic bags from The Row.
Apparently we sold a few before I got there, so I only saw 4 of them.
Then I had my lunch, which was wrong.
I wanted my plain poke bowl, but it had a marinade on it, so I choked that down.
When I got back from lunch I helped a couple that I'd actually helped last year.
I recognized the mom, but didn't say anything, since I really just thought she looked familiar.
But she did say something after recognizing me.
They took three Prada jackets and a backpack.
That was a desperately needed sale, since I was so deep in the hole after my return at the start of the day.
I gift wrapped the jackets, and that took a bit of time.
Then I put out some more new Prada, which was more accessories.
I hope we have some success with bags, because we have a nice selection.
After that project I met a client in women's.
We looked at a few options, but settled on a tee and a hoodie.
He also took pictures of things he might like.
We'll see what she ends up exchanging it for. Or maybe she'll keep it.
After work I took the train with Jason, and walked home.
Picked up Chipotle, and came home to finish She's Making A List.
It started out a little silly, but I liked it as it went, and the ending was cute.
Tomorrow I need to do laundry, get my bloodwork done, and then meet the girls for dinner before we see Home Alone with Mac!
Until Tomorrow.
