I did wake up around 11 so that I could start to get ready to meet Julia.
After scrolling my phone, I wrapped up my last slice of pizza, packed my carrot cake and Pepsis and jumped in the shower.
It was about 1 or so when I got to her place.
We talked for a bit, and then we started Maxton Hall: The World Between Us.
It's a German series, but pretending it's in England, with goals for going to Oxford.
I know we do it a lot, where we set a movie in Paris, and everyone speaks in English.
I'm just not used to other countries doing that.
The show was completely predictable, but I enjoyed it.
The male lead's body is insane.
Between the fifth and sixth episode we went for a walk.
We stumbled across Aux Merveilleux de Fred, which I fell in love with in Paris, and then saw a location in the West Village months ago.
Now this location.
I got a cherry to go.
The girl described it as whipped cream.
Which I guess it could be.
But I'm thinking more heavy whipping cream, or almost clotted cream, on top of meringue, and some other parts.
She got Juice Press, and I got Shake Shack.
They had renovated the location.
But I didn't remember the last time I'd been there.
We then returned to her place, watched the last episode, and talked some more before I headed home.
Back to work tomorrow.
Until Tomorrow.
