She Loves A Hat

June 24 2025.

I did set an alarm, but did sleep in a little today.

After going through my phone, I ran to get a bagel.

Apparently this heatwave is causing a lot of bakeries issues, so I was curious how my place would be.

But my bagel seemed normal.

It was very hot out, but it was thankfully not humid out.

I came home to finish Motorheads.

It's a fun show, and a good cast.

Like I really enjoy most characters.

But, the acting isn't the best I've ever seen.

While I watched that I steamed my clothes.

Which I'd been needing to do for awhile.

After that I cut my hair, and showered.

Then headed to meet Julia at Bernie's.

We didn't have to wait too long outside, but then were able to get a good spot at the bar.

We ordered the mozzarella sticks, Caesar salad, ribs and a cheeseburger.

I'd skip the ribs in the future, but everything else was great.

After dinner I did order a root beer float.

It wasn't as good as an A&W root beer, but it was good.

The ice cream could probably have been better though.

Julia ended up buying a bucket hat she'll wear once, and I got a tee.

"I hardly have any bucket hats!"

After we finished there we went to Ray's for Julia to get a drink, and then we watched the worst pool players in history.

It took them about an hour to get all of the balls in the pockets.

About two hours there and we decided to do a walk around the park there, and then headed home.

I just get eaten alive by mosquitoes.

When I made it home I talked to my mom for a few, and then scrolled Instagram.

I want to look better at the men's week shows in Paris.

I've seen some nice things.

Not sure anything amazing, but I like a few things.

Which is a nice improvement.
