Today was an early shift for me.
It was only a few of us at the morning meeting, and then when I got upstairs I had a few tasks.
I had to find some holds after they put everything away.
Then I was about to get change, when this guy needed help in The Row.
He wanted an outfit, but didn't have time to try it. Just wanted me to let him know if we had it and he'd come back.
So, I checked sizes, and let him know what I had.
Then I got change, which was every denomination, since it only had 2 hundred dollar bills in the register.
I then spent hours sending out pictures of a new brand to everyone in my phone.
It was around 500 people.
We'll see what return I get from it.
I found out about 5 to 10 people were interested in it.
People I didn't anticipate being interested.
Scott and I went to the employee appreciation lunch together.
It was good, but I kind of rushed to get back to the client who wanted to try on the pieces I found from The Row.
He ended up with a pair of pants, and was interested in me continuing to outreach to him.
Then a client I've known since Barneys came in to try this Prada piece I'd set aside for him.
He was debating between sizes, and settled on the small.
He mentioned he was having numbness and tingling sensations in his hands.
I was like, that reminds me of my issues, but his seem more permanent than mine.
So, I wonder.
When he left I ended up selling two lighters from the new brand which come with a nice certificate and box.
Then I sold a pair of pants to a client I'd been missing. He'd been kind of radio silent for almost a year.
Which was a coincidence?
His friend, who he introduced me to, also had been a good customer, and also went quiet, had just purchased a few things a few days before.
Hopefully more of my regulars reappear.
After work I took the train with Jason and Wyatt.
I ordered Pizza Hut with my app, but ended up ordering it to the wrong location, so I had to order it again.
I'd used a free pizza.
Thankfully I had another, but I hope I didn't waste one.
Maybe it's only redeemed if I pick it up.
I didn't see an option to cancel.
While I waited I talked to Carrie on the phone, and then came home to watch Destined At Christmas.
However, I couldn't stay awake.
So, I'm off to bed.
Until Tomorrow.
